PANinA 2.0

PANinA 2.0 was launched on 2-18-12, the second birthday of the Consciousness Transformation Community (CTC), to provide a web presence for the community. The CTC was organized for mutual support with living in the Core Commitments developed by CNVC-certified trainer Miki Kashtan, co-founder of Bay Area Nonviolent Communication, to articulate the principles underlying the practice of Gandhian nonviolence.

The critical lapse in available energy for virtual community-building that brought about the collapse of formal structures such as the CTC can be seen as a sign of maturity as members moved into deeper connection with local community. PANinA then broadened its scope to include Embodied Compassion, Occupy Oakland/Berkeley/Cal/theFarm, and an assortment of autonomous projects both virtual and face-to-face.
